December Photo Project -- Day 11

Today I made the annual shopping trip to Lubbock with the girls. This is a tradition that was started many years ago with so many of us going we had to take two cars. As the years have gone by, so too have the number of people making the Christmas shopping trip. This year I went with my two very good friends and enjoyed a full day of laughter, some great lunch from Olive Garden and some shopping. It was nice when there were car loads of people making the trip, but it's way nicer when it's just us laughing and having a great time. I am so thankful for my friends, the laughter and the stress relief that they provide.

Tonights picture isn't very good because I was laughing so hard that it affected the focus, but it's too good to pass up posting it. After a long day of shopping we were making our final stop at Academy Sports and my friend Misti told me to drop her off at the door because she was tired. Instead, I found parking spot waaaaay out and parked there. As the three of us piled out of the car and prepared to hike across the parking lot, Misti found a shopping cart, climbed in and told us to push her. My friend Jody began pushing, and laughing, and about that time I remembered the camera. So here it is, our moment of acting like we were 16, caught on "film" for all to see. Don't judge, it was funny and you would have laughed if you had been there too! :0)
